The Rewrite Program is designed to connect an eligible customer’s verified building and payoff information with participating financing institutions. Shed Agent will organize the request, protect unnecessary personal details, and present available provider responses in one clear comparison.

Coming soon: This page explains the planned experience. It does not currently submit a financing request, run credit, approve an applicant, or send customer information to providers.

  1. 01

    Choose the customer path

    Select manufacturer customer or dealer customer so the request follows the correct verification route.

  2. 02

    Enter simple building information

    Provide building type, size, year, manufacturer or dealer, condition, current payment, and current provider name. Do not enter account, bank, Social Security, or identification numbers.

  3. 03

    Verify the official payoff

    Use a current payoff statement from the existing provider. Shed Agent will not guess or manufacture a payoff amount.

  4. 04

    Secure eligibility review

    When launched, identity, ownership, payment status, duplicate requests, and fraud signals can be checked through approved secure services without exposing a customer ID to participating providers.

  5. 05

    Request up to four responses

    Eligible information is routed to participating institutions under the customer’s consent. Each provider makes its own decision and supplies its own terms.

  6. 06

    Compare and accept one option

    The customer reviews payment, term, total scheduled cost, fees, and early-purchase information before choosing. Unselected offers close.

  7. 07

    Payoff and transfer

    The selected provider confirms documents, pays the verified existing payoff according to its process, and activates the replacement agreement.

The manufacturer can confirm the original building details while the current agreement remains verified directly through the existing provider.

The dealer confirms the original transaction and building source. The financing institution still controls its own eligibility and final decision.
